I wanted to let you both know that I was very impressed with the service provided by Federal/Allied for the move.
Bonnie – you were so helpful & responsive which was a tremendous help to me.
Rick – I appreciate all you did & realized immediately during our initial visit that Federal was who I needed to hire. You were able to give me a sense of comfort that I didn’t get from the other sales reps I interviewed from other moving companies.
Packing Crew – they were amazing & I was so impressed at how quickly they got everything packed & even more impressed at the quality of work when I was unloading all my boxes. Everything was packed perfectly, nothing was broken and everything arrived.
Unloading Crew – 2 guys were tremendous and I received a call when I landed on the 14 & they were able to deliver to the apartment on the 15 at noon which was the day I took possession.
Just wanted to pass this positive information along – please share with others that you wish.
